some coding rules

Please find below some rules which HAVE to be followed by everybody: New code should have been tested on UNIX and VMS/AXP before its introduction in a new version.

style: ALEPH coding style.
subroutine file: subroutine header definition.
include file:include statment and compilation.
work bank: book, fill, drop.
named bank: book, fill, format, list.
